Why we started TenderStage

We're parents ourselves, and friends to many moms with little ones. We know the sleepless nights, the 3 a.m. feeds, and the quiet worry of wanting to get every little thing right — especially what goes into your baby's bottle.

That's what led us to start TenderStage: to help parents find gentle, high-quality European formula without the stress of searching for it.

We sell HiPP, a German formula European families have trusted for decades, and we send it from Europe to the US and Canada with tracked delivery.

Have a question about stages, ingredients or your order? Write to us at hello@tenderstage.com or call +370 616 80905 — a real person will answer.

Where does your formula come from?

Straight from Germany. We source HiPP directly from Germany. It is delivered to our warehouse by HiPP's official distributor — never bought from marketplaces or third-party resellers.

Shipped from our EU warehouse in Lithuania. TenderStage is an EU company. Your order is packed at our warehouse in Lithuania, so your tracking will show Lithuania as the starting point — that's us, and it's expected. Lithuania is in the European Union, so the same products and the same EU food-safety rules apply.

Sealed, fresh and dated. Every tin arrives sealed in its original packaging, with at least 6 months until its expiry date.

Fast and no surprise fees. We ship the next business day by tracked DHL Express, and orders usually arrive in 3–6 business days. Customs can occasionally add a few days. We cover import duties.
