Shipping policy

Where we ship:
We ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing time
Orders are packed at our warehouse in Lithuania (EU) and handed to DHL on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays).

Delivery time
We ship with tracked DHL Express. Orders usually arrive in 3–6 business days after shipping. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping rates
- United States: $19.99 for 1 tin, $9.99 for 2 tins, free on 3 or more tins.
- Canada: CA$27 for 1 tin, free on 2 or more tins.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties
Import duties for orders to the United States and Canada are included in our prices. You will not be asked to pay duties on delivery. If a carrier contacts you about your parcel, please forward the message to hello@tenderstage.com and we will handle it.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a DHL tracking link. Your tracking will show Lithuania as the starting point.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipping, contact us at hello@tenderstage.com and we will open an investigation with DHL.
